Hey there!

I’m Abdullah, a dedicated physiotherapist here to help guide you through your rehabilitation journey.

By combining a broad academic knowledge and clinical experience as a senior physiotherapist, I can address a diverse range of conditions such as acute sprains, chronic sports injuries, and neurological issues.

Through treatment, my goal is to deliver personalised care while restoring function, alleviating discomfort, and preventing long-term limitations.

Originally from Pakistan, I earned my physiotherapy degree from Khyber Medical University. I then moved to the UK to further specialize in musculoskeletal care, completing a Master's in Contemporary Physiotherapy Practice at the University of Lincoln, UK.

Being fluent in three languages, I understand the importance of effective communication when providing quality care. I am also an avid traveller, having explored much of Western Europe and New Zealand through hiking, which I find to be meditative and reflective.
